- Successful litigation and resolution of multiple party and multi-million dollar construction claims and disputes involving office buildings, high-rise towers, schools, hotels, laboratories, waste treatment facilities, shopping centers, and health care projects.
- Successful representation of owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction contract negotiations and construction contract drafting for multi-million dollar projects and construction programs.
Distinguished active duty service in the U.S. Navy (Reserve) as a Lieutenant; naval intelligence officer (1976—1981).
