Occupational Licensing

The loss of the ability to practice a profession or trade, even temporarily, can be devastating. We have substantial experience representing individuals and companies whose occupational licenses are threatened with revocation or suspension. We have represented builders, electricians, refrigeration contractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, real estate agents, physicians, attorneys, and many others in this process. We understand that the stakes are high and that our clients' livelihood is at issue. We deal regularly with the various licensing boards and their counsel, all of whom are located in Raleigh, and have substantial experience in negotiating favorable resolutions and in defending contested cases.
